From Separation to the One – A Plant Medicine Journey of Awakening & Peace

Some journeys cannot be put into words…But sometimes, a soul dares to try.

This is one of those stories — a raw, beautiful reflection from a participant in our December 2024 ceremony in his own voice, Rasmus shares a glimpse of what it means to dissolve, to remember, and to return to the One.

His message is a gift. A mirror. A call home. You’ll find his drawing at the end of the text — created as part of his integration process.

I’ve found a peace that cannot be described, and I’ve never felt better.

There is no one else but the One.

“There is no one else but the One. It was difficult for me to grasp that all of this is just a performance for the gallery. My entire personality crumbled.I suddenly understood that by calling myself Rasmus and giving myself a personality, I am actually splitting myself. Everyone is just a mirror of my beliefs.I don’t truly exist in this realm, so I can only be the One – the lonely One – who created all of this. Because what else would there be?

It may sound like a depressing experience. That’s also how I felt right after the journey… and actually all the way through the next day. But what really happened is that I was set free. I was shown the truth – and the truth hurts.

I’ve spent the last few days reflecting on all of this and have come to accept: it is what it is. And now I’m slowly beginning to realize how amazing life can become from here on.It’s all just a big play, where everything is possible. I don’t have to take it all so seriously – I can simply enjoy it while it lasts.

I am the universe deceiving itself into believing it is separate from itself.

I just want to add that I’ve found a peace that cannot be described, and I’ve never felt better. ❤️
